Waiting Service
Nearly everyone has called the cable (or telephone, etc) company for service or an install and has
been given a four, eight or even 12 hour window for the contractor to arrive and complete service. Most people simply don’t have that kind of free time anymore, let alone on the weekend on YOUR time.
Let WestFetch wait for you! We’ll be there when the tech arrives and will supervise the work for
you. As an added bonus, we can even complete a few tasks around the house while we are waiting (such as light cleaning, dishes, etc), giving you two services for the price of one!
Waiting Service Rates
- Two hour service window: $60
- $20/hr thereafter billed in 1/2 hour increments.
- Total time billed will be the arrival window given plus time to complete service or installation.
- Minimum time charged does apply. Minimum is the the arrival window given by the
service tech or two hours, whichever is greater. For example, if the service tech gives a four hour window for their arrival, a four hour minimum charge will apply.
We service the greater Tampa Bay area including Pinellas County (Oldsmar, Clearwater, Dunedin,
Palm Harbor, etc) as well as Southern Pasco County. Some areas require an additional charge due to distance. Please contact us to confirm pricing and service availability to your location or if you
