WestFetch’s house sitting service will add safety and security to your home while you are away. Below are a sample of services we offer while visiting your home:
- Give the home a “lived-in” look by rotating lights, bringing in flyers, newspapers and mail
- Check for attempted break ins
- Check for plumbing leaks
- Ensure other hired home services completing their tasks (landscaping, pool, pest, etc)
- After storm check for damage and water leaks
- Watering of plants
- Flushing of toilets to keep water fresh
- Start and run vehicles to prevent battery discharge, moldy air in systems (for extended absences)
- Ensure AC is running properly with no leaks or maintenance problems
- Local contact for alarm company and other services
- Email with updates as requested

House Sitting Rates
- For longer absences, we recommend utilizing one of our discount plans.
- Weekly: $20/visit (we recommend a weekly visit for the best security and safety)
- Biweekly $25/visit
- Monthly $30/visit
- For any repairs required during our service and requiring an extra visit, the lesser of a visit charge (up to 30 minutes wait time) or
our waiting service rate will apply.
- Discounts
- Utilize one of our discount plans for additional savings. You can get up to $100 in FREE service.
